Ayurveda literally means "knowledge of life" but you must consider the meaning of this from the deeper stretches of your intuitive heart. Ayurveda calls you to really live, to feel alive--not simply exist. With authenticity you strive to bring union to your mind, your emotions, your soul and all your senses.
Perhaps relevant today more than ever, Ayurveda calls us back into sync with the seasons, our circadian rhythms, back to food as a preventative medicine, to a self love and acceptance--and the sound of the wind or a babbling creek as a happy drug.
I am currently falling in love with the inquiry of Ayurveda as I study with Katie Silcox this entire year of 2018. My certification will enable me to offer workshops teaching you how to create simple morning routines and choose the most satisfying foods for each time of the year. To alleviate some of the stress and bring in a lot of the joy that is inherently yours. I look forward to helping you create simple individual plans for maintenance of abundant health from a holistic view. More on this as the time is right.
"I have deep trust in Cathy's ability to not only translate the wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga from an intellectual perspective, but also from the depth of her intuitive kindness and sensitivity. Anyone who comes into contact with Cathy comes into contacting with a vehicle of warmth and compassion. Do not hesitate in seeking out her offerings."
